How does it work?
Step 1
Submit your information and your referral's information on the
sidebar form on the right.
• Enter as many referrals as you like.
• Please help us be sensitive to the privacy wishes of those
who you refer. Please only provide us contacts who you think would
be receptive to us contacting them.
Step 2
We'll enter your name into a quarterly drawing for an Apple iPod
Mini.
• Each qualified referral will earn you one entry into a monthly
drawing for an Apple iPod Mini.
• If you submit more than 10 referrals in one month, your
chance to win will double!
• Example: Submit 10 referrals and earn 20 entries into drawing,
submit 11 referrals and earn 22 entries, etc.
Step 3
Winners will receive notification via phone.
• Prizes will be sent to the address you provide to us during
the notification phone call
